Limitless & Laceless for 2018

A few weeks ago, I received a pretty dope package from the Adidas team and inside was the latest Adidas Ultraboost Laceless. I can't even begin to describe how exciting it feels to open up a package from a major sports brand. I loved the latest silhouette of the ultraboost, and how they ditched the laces, but wasn't sure about how it'd look on me.

My initial thoughts about the shoe were:

  • will it fit right?
  • will it slip off?
  • is my foot going to be slipping and sliding everywhere?
  • what can I wear this with?
  • can I actually rock the shoe?
  • what does it feel like on a run?

I decided to try wearing and testing it out for about a week to see how I'd like it.

It was actually super easy to style, and I've actually been wearing it with a lot of easy going weekend looks. The fit was also foot hugging, and didn't slip off. It still has a nice side to side, and allows for easy movement that the Adidas Ultraboost are known for. On my runs, they also still had the nice  bounce back feel, and still hugged my foot around my heel, ankle, and forefoot pretty nicely given that I have super skinny feet! I also felt like there were more cushion around these areas to not only provide support on runs, but keep it amazingly comfortable.

What I ended up doing is styling it super simple that way the shoe can have it's own identity. This look is very simple and took me from street wear to the gym in no time all thanks to the Adidas Ultraboost Laceless. Needless to say, I ended up really loving the shoe and how even though it looked  so simple, yet all the details could be seen so well. Don't place limits on yourself as a blogger, career woman, runner , and definitely on your personal style. See yourself as someone limitless in 2018.

All in all, the shoe has become a coveted part of my closet and growing sneaker collection. If you would like to cop yourself a pair they are retailing for $200 on Adidas.com and come in a light pink colorway as well. They're definitely going to be a pair you wanna own going into 2018!
