Gym Bag Essentials


Sharing some of the things that make gym and workout day go by extra smooth! Sometimes we can spend forever dreading to pack a bag, but here are some things I normally pack to keep gym or running trail time simple. A quick fitness tip--Keep a separate pair of most of these listed items as for workout-use only. That way you are not having to keep track of where you left certain things like if they are at home or actually in your bag. You can also try travel-size items to maximize bag space. 

This is a quick list of essentials that are most useful to help you prep for your next beast mode workout session: 

  • Shoes
  • Hair brush
  • Hair ties
  • Deodorant
  • Make up remover wipes
  • Workout hat 
  • Headphones
  • Water bottle
  • Clothing: socks, sports bra, and workout tights
