Falling into a New Balance
As the cooler months start to roll in here, I've already started thinking of a few updates I need for my running gear, because let's face it, we can't run in sports bras and shorts all year long! However since the winter hasn't full started to hit I'm slowly collecting a few things as the months creep on by. Here's what I'm fall feelin' right now:
Running Tank: Accelerate Tank in Poisenberry
Seriously, the name of the color says it all. The perfect fit, color, and comfort all were spot on for me. I like that the tank is also a Little thicker in material and will keep my body (maybe not arms) a little warmer as we get some cold air here in Texas.
If this pink is not your style or something you'd wear, there are also plenty of colors in this tank style. Definitely recommend to go check out the colors! I'm sure they'd all go well with the running tights anyway!
Running Tights: Impact Premium Printed Capris
Loooved that the pattern on the capris is reflective and kind of gives off the look that I'm moving super FAST! Other really great features about the pant is that there's mesh on the back side of the knee and a side back pocket that zips laterally. So that way the next time you lie on your back after a run, the zipper doesn't nudge right in!
The tights were also very comfortable and stayed snug on my legs, as well as the waistband. The fabric of the tights is also anti-microbial and is fast dry so it doesn't soak up your sweat, stay weight, and then weight you down.
Running Shoes: New balance 860v8
This style has an extra amount of cushion in the midsole under the arch. The extra cushion provides extra support on roads and harder surfaces. For distance runners that extra cushion can help you keep a balanced and stable foot to pavement placement! This shoes would be good for someone that over pronates their foot.
Other than the extra cushion that can be noticeable, the shoes is pretty light, breathable, and the colors are perfect gray for the Fall season!
Which NB Fall piece is your favorite?? You can find these all online or at Fleet Feet Sports store near you. If you are in Houston, they JUST got these in last week. So run to it and try them on!
